Having designed and implemented innovative health solutions on behalf of our partners seeking to maximise their social investments in host communities, the company has built an extensive stakeholder network, enabling us to have a clear understanding of the community. Past and current projects are focused on research, primary and preventative healthcare.

Data Management and Information Security is a priority, and our systems can minimise any cyber threat and or data theft.
In Johannesburg, Tshela Healthcare developed a sophisticated call centre which we have dubbed a “care centre” which is equipped with experienced admin and healthcare staff, a telephony system (with workforce management capabilities) and a bespoke management system (Tshela Management System-TMS). The care centre operates six days a week, and it also has virtual capabilities to continue servicing our clients during a pandemic.

We currently have two regional branches, one being in the Northern Cape, and the other in Johannesburg. The Northern Cape branch offers face-to-face sessions providing several preventative screenings (such as screenings for diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis, prostate rapid screening, cervical screening, and breast cancer), various medical consultations and project management services. The Johannesburg branch provides a supportive role to our clients offering health and wellbeing tele-care services, stakeholder management and marketing.
